  • Our home was built in 1973 by the original owner, so it's not that one - but it looks very similar.  Nice to know the style is still popular, at least!  Thanks for thinking of me enough to remember my house!

    I like the style of your home, that is why I remembered. We want to find something different!

  • Well thanks!  I'm pretty sure it's one of the only ones in my specific neighborhood (we have a , but I've definitely seen the same "Cape Cod" style of home around town....warning though, the excessive amount of attics (since the roof is sloped and the 2nd floor therefore has slanted ceilings) can trap the air in the summer and make the place pretty warm.  But if you're buying/building a newer home, I'm sure they have that issue resolved.  Good luck with the search!
