Red light Therapy?

So, I recently started at Planet Fitness, and they have the "Angel Body, Red Light Therapy' treatment.  Its basically like a stand up tanning bed, but with red lights (that do not emit any uv rays) and the floor has a vibra-shake program (think back years ago, the machine that had the belt that went around your butt/hip area and shook you) that is supposed to help with cellulite, and the lights are to help firm/tone your skin.

Has anyone else used this before? I am, have for about a week now, and am wondering if people have thought this has made a difference for them...

Thanks
