  • we had McDonalds lol. I was good and got a kids meal :)

    I worked late and we had cake and ice cream for my FIL's birthday so we had to grab something on the way. Back to cookin' Wednesday though! Hubs works tomorrow night.

  • Tuna Helper (Alfredo). I forgot to thaw out the steaks. Turned out good though. Surprisingly DH and both kids ate all of their dinner. Usually I make that kind of stuff when DH is working because he doesn't care for it, he had seconds tonight! lol

  • BBQ pasta and chicken (with peas!)

     

    I took leftover baked BBQ chicken and peas and diced them (the chicken, not the peas).  Then I cooked some elbow pasta and mixed up a little more sauce (mixture of bbq sauce, ketchup and honey mustard with a little water to thin it out. sounds weird, but it works as a sauce!)

    Drain the pasta, and mix everything in!  Make a large green salad to go with it, and it's a relatively well-rounded dinner that uses up leftovers. Yum!

  • We went to Cracker Barrel for DH's aunt's birthday.  I had the Spicy Grilled Catfish, green beans, friend apples, and hashbrown casserole.  I did great calorie wise - until I ruined it with a butterfinger blizzard from dairy queen!  However, I was still under my calories for the day since I worked out for 2 hours yesterday!
