I am trying to figure out my Christmas menu, and I had originally decided prime rib, but Dave nixed the idea because it's so pricy. I know Sam's has great prices on tenderloins (we always pick up a few), so I thought I'd do that, but then I wanted to also do the typical ham (ya know, with the pineapples and marascino cherries! ). But then I realized that's an awful lot of pig.
Should I just do turkey and ham? I feel like that's such a boring cop-out . . .
