Sammy Mae!

OMG I just made your candy cane chocolate chip cookies and they are divine! I added a bit of cocoa powder to the recipe to make the cookies a bit darker so you could see the candy cane chips in them..they're so good!

Thanks so much for the recipe. By the way regarding the sticking to the pan issue if you're a hardcore baker you could invest in a Silpat pan liner http://www.silpat.com/ (Martha stewart uses them all the time). I have one that I use and it is wonderful! Cookies come right off of it no problem at all - even these ones that have the candy cane. Easy peasy and less waste than parchment paper. Well worth the investment.

Re: Sammy Mae!

  • Thanks! ?I have been thinking about getting those pan liners because I do bake a lot of cookies and they just look so easy! ?

I am glad you like the cookies!?
