That glass bldg on the parkway near Mexi Post is opening

Dude - we are not in France.  WTF is with the name "Cret". I'm all frenchy fancy pants when I want to (esp talking to african cab drivers, or haitian)  but no redblooded philadelphian can even fake knowing how to pronounce that place.

What: Grab a seat on the patio of the Capriccio Caf? and Espresso Bar at Caf? Cret (pronounced ?Cray?) and watch as the 6 ABC/IKEA Thanksgiving Day Parade passes right by! Caf? Cret will be open on Thanksgiving day, offering hot chocolate, coffee, pastries and sandwiches for sale to the crowds.

When: Thursday, November 27, 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Where: Three Parkway Plaza (Between 16th and 17th Streets on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway)

Details: The caf?, which features indoor and outdoor seating, is seven days a week, year-round, generating revenue to support maintenance of the plaza and the Parkway. The caf?, named after one of the original designers of the Parkway, Paul Cret, also serves as an information center for programs and events on The Parkway.  For more information and menus, visit http://CafeCret.com.
