Dude - we are not in France. WTF is with the name "Cret". I'm all frenchy fancy pants when I want to (esp talking to african cab drivers, or haitian) but no redblooded philadelphian can even fake knowing how to pronounce that place.

When: Thursday, November 27, 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Where: Three Parkway Plaza (Between 16th and 17th Streets on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway)
Details: The caf?, which features indoor and outdoor seating, is seven days a week, year-round, generating revenue to support maintenance of the plaza and the Parkway.
