All of this. I ended a relationship with a man who had a child from a previous marriage because there was a lot of drama with his ex and his child---I decided that he and the situation were not for me. I met DH a few months later.
This is a little girl. She does not deserve to be treated as anything less than important. She has feelings and how she is treated by her family (which will include you if you marry her father) she will impact how she sees herself the rest of her life.
