Happy Leap Year Day!

B: I was going to have cereal but HR is bringing in bagels for a 10am meeting.  I will eat an orange and a banana right now to hold me over and then treat myself to a bagel!

S: greek yogurt

L: turkey & cheddar on 10 grain bread, an apple, some pickle chips

S: clif bar, grapes

E: 9 mile run; 4 mile easy pre-race run, 4 mile leap year race, 1 mile cool down

D: ?  maybe a few leftover corn cakes and asparagus.

    D: its day three of "eat only what's in the freezer/pantry" at our house so we are making "hamburger surprise" which is brown rice, onions, frozen corn and ground beef.  Not fancy, sounds gross, but I loved it growing up :)

    E - not sure. I may need to go to the podiatrist - I think I have a bad ingrown toenail, so if I can get in today, not sure if I'll work out. If I can't get in today, I'll suck it up & do a run after the kids are in bed. My least favorite time to work out, but such is life. I think the plan calls for 4-5 miles today, on the dreadmill.

    E: None. I feel really sick again, so I'm taking the day off. I plan to leave work early and try to sleep for a few hours.

     Also attending a Zumba mix w/ strength training class.
