Hey ladies! DH & I have been in the Dominican Republic for the last week. I ran twice while we were there in the glorious sunny weather. I was laughing at all of the crazy looks the locals were giving me while I was running.
To make up for my missed Boot Camp classes, I did a lot of ocean kayaking and swimming. It was a great way to stay active and not feel like I was exercising. My resort was supposed to have yoga on the beach every day, but I only saw them do it once and we had plans that day.
The last time I went on vacation the only activities I took up were eating and drinking and I felt like crap when I got home. It is amazing the difference a few healthy habits make. No real point to my post, just greatful that I wondered over to this board 2 years ago looking for a change. So thanks!
