Tomorrow morning I'll have a 12 year old....

wow!  H and I are going to tour our local middle school in the am so it'll be  a big day 'round here.

My dad picked the boys up for basketball practice tonight and T said "Just 4 more years and I'll be driving you around" .....yikes!

I luckily will wake up and STILL have a 5 year old. Wink I don't even want to begin thinking of 12!

Oh Mommy, this is just so much fun!
  • I have to say that we've enjoyed every age but its been fun as they have gotten older to be able to have more mature conversations... I hear the hormones and "moods" kick in soon so we'll see  :)
  • Surprised the hormones haven't already started to kick in.  What grade is middle school where you are? DD is 12 and in 7th.  Let me tell you, middle school is ROUGH but I think it is harder with girls.  Just take a deep breath.  And yes, the ability to have more adult conversations with them is awesome.
