There is a guy in the office - he works in a finished retail division. He failed miserably and cost this company millions of dollars and many, many jobs. Of course he can't take all the blame. The CEO signed off on all his expenses.
Anyway, I digress. He is now doing the Customer Service since the remainder of the department was laid off. He says, "God Bless You" multiple times a day to various customers.
Really? Way to potentially lose a customer that could take offense to that.
Maybe it's just my disdain for him that is talking.
