Rolling out 10 pounds of tiny Swedish meatballs! I think I could feed 50 people with this giant pot of meatballs. I'm slightly obsessive about them all being the same size so it took me about 4 hours.
I like to make big batches of stuff to freeze for quick, easy meals. Mom's Swedish meatball recipe freezes well so I thought it would be a good idea. It was, but making 10 pounds of it isn't fun!
I guess the good new is I'll get lots of freezer meals out of them! And dinner for tomorrow is essentially done.
Now off to take a shower while they finish cooking.
