AW: Lunch Routine

I am loving my new lunch routine. I work on a college campus that happens to be right next to a nature sanctuary. There is an entrance to the hiking trails on campus. Every day this week, I've hiked up those hills over lunch. It isn't an intense workout, but a co-worker and I have been having a blast and I can feel my legs working to pull me up those hills!

It is much better than doing nothing over lunch and it is such a nice time of year to be outdoors. I'm loving it and wish we'd thought of this earlier in the year!

    Getting outside makes such a huge difference during my life. If it is too hot to run I'll just walk around or simply sit outside.

    I totally agree about this being a great time of year to be outside.  This is the time of year when my sister and I refuse to work the horses in the ring, we work them on trails so we can wander through the wilderness.  And yes, "working" on a trail is a total lie and we mostly hack out and gossip.

    Good for you guys for finding a way to be active on your lunch break and get some fresh air!
