I am loving my new lunch routine. I work on a college campus that happens to be right next to a nature sanctuary. There is an entrance to the hiking trails on campus. Every day this week, I've hiked up those hills over lunch. It isn't an intense workout, but a co-worker and I have been having a blast and I can feel my legs working to pull me up those hills!
It is much better than doing nothing over lunch and it is such a nice time of year to be outdoors. I'm loving it and wish we'd thought of this earlier in the year!
