Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

doesn't that mean you shouldn't have to ask me again an hour later? I took the time to dictate something to you, making sure you wrote it down, with the expectation that you do it. Do not call me an hour later and make me dig back through my files and read it off to you again.

If he would have just missed one little thing, I probably wouldn't be bothered. But he literally asked me to repeat every single thing I had told him. Like he just wrote it down, and threw the paper away...
