I really love my husband

but (you knew there was going to be a but) The man becomes an absolute rere when asked to deviate even slightly from his standard operating procedure/schedule. It makes me CRAZY!

Re: I really love my husband

  • Not crazy. Example. This is yesterday. We work opposite schedules. He's a 3 to 11er. Me: I'm not going to be home until late tonight. Can you handle the garbage/recycling (which involves emptying the 4 small garbages in our home into the big one, taking outside, putting in big blue trash bin and putting the recycling, which have in separate labeled cans in the house) outside? Him: 20 texts meltdown asking how to figure it out. Of coarse my first text is simply "Really??" He's not stupid but just can't use his brain on things he is not used to. The deviation from his usual "take the big blue garbage can and the blue recycling bin out to the road" must have messed him up. He knows how to empty a garbage can and do recycling in theory, not in real life.
  • FYI they should have posting from iPad like Facebook. Which means no paragraphs even if you put them in.
