Amazon question

I ordered something that was supposed to have arrived over 2 weeks ago. I'm trying to file a complaint, but it's saying that my order number isn't valid... I'm copying it straight from the order screen. Is there a number I can call? I want to cancel the order and get a refund.

  • I live chatted with someone (in another country, I'm sure!), and he filed the A-Z claim for me. He said I should have the refund in 2 weeks... takes longer since the seller was 3rd party.

I found the same item I was trying to order on Ebay for half the price... brand new too. Big Smile
