I want a fancy hat.

Re: I want a fancy hat.

  • Me too along with the excuse to wear fancy hat ;-)
  • I don't know how those things don't fall off one's head!
  • They're cool, but I could definitely not pull it off! Some look downright ridiculous though (such as the one Princess Beatrice wore).

Agreed.  She looked like a reindeer.

    Forget the hat, tiara please!

  • I liked the ones that weren't so big they covered the person's face, but also weren't too crazy. Beatrice and Eugenie looked ridiculous, but I have rarely seen a photo of them when they do not - as I said to one of my friends over IM during the wedding, one of the better dressed royals like Sophie, Zara Phillips or Kate needs to take them under their wing.

I thought Earl Spencer's finacee's hat was beautiful, but far too big. There was someone else, too that had a huge one - maybe a cabinet member's wife?

I liked the ones like Kate's mom and Camilla wore - beautiful, but still showed their faces.

  • I also want a fancy hat! Agreed about the curly hat though...what was that?!
