I haven't posted here in awhile, but I was wondering if you have a child or children when do you find to work out. I used to be able to work out early in the morning b/c DD would wake up early. Now she stays up later and wakes up later, leaving me no extra time in the morning. She is usually in bed by 8:30 and then I do things around the house and by then I'm so not in the mood to workout, except to just go to sleep. Should I just suck it up and do the workout then? I guess I could try at lunch time, but I only get 30 minutes. Any suggestions?
