Anyone use Sport & Health?

There's a Sport & Health near my office and home and I'd like to join a gym that's near both. I enjoy the group work outs more than anything, so I'm looking for good classes too. If you belong to Sport & Health, or did, tell me what you think of it. Is it worth it?

Re: Anyone use Sport & Health?

  • the thing with S&H is they are all different to an extent as far as classes offered etc. I actually work at one(see gym post below) so you would want to find someone that goes to the specific one you are looking at for the best info.....

    good luck!!!!

  • I go to one and while I like what they have to offer in terms of equipments and classes, it's So. Packed. Out.  When I was going to classes, I had to get there 30-60 minutes to either sign up for a bike or set up equipment for a class like Body Pump.  It totally defeated the purpose of my preference of doing a class (one hour, great workout and then I'm out of there!).  We have a good discount through DH's work and really my only gripe is the overcrowded aspect.

This might vary by location though.
