Yesterday I complained about having a bad workout, and getting dizzy about halfway through. I made sure to eat breakfast (eggs), lunch (grilled chicken salad), and had dinner (grilled chicken salad) about 45 minutes before going. I also took a poweraide with me, and it seemed to help. It was a great workout today. I'm still upset I'm not losing weight, but I'm proud of myself that I've kept going. Usually by now I've given up.
