...to feed my DH!
He always complains that he's hungry all the time and that causes him to overeat. And usually when he gets really hungry he reaches for a Tony's pizza, Chef Boyardee or Oncor lasagnas (1 box = 1 DH size). He may be eating a lot, but it's a lot of processed stuff. He asked me to help him fill up on foods that will make him full but more healthy. Some things he doesn't like are eggs, beans and mushrooms. Other than that, he's pretty open.
I'm more than happy to help him but I know what serving size fills me up and I know it's too small for him. Any general rule of thumb when it comes to serving sizes based on being male or female? He also tends to scarf down his food, which would probably attribute to him not feeling full.
Just wondering if anyone has helped an SO in getting healthier and feeling full. TIA!!
