Healthy living weekend check-in!

Cause weekends count too! Wink

I had oatmeal and a nonfat latte for breakfast. Then I went for a 10 mile run.  We had Indian food for dinner though, which is definitely high in calories.  Somehow I skipped lunch.

I made cupcakes that were not my favorite flavor so I wouldn't eat them. It worked cause I haven't eaten any of them. I did try the pumpkin frosting, which I thought was pretty good.

I'm soooo tired now. Is it bedtime yet?

  • Ummmmm, yeah -- see my dessert post.  It's not been such a good day for willpower.  Embarrassed
  • Running has gone by the wayside, but DH is sending me Insanity to bump up the cardio :o

    B- Had greek yogurt, sister brought McD's, so I ate an Egg Mcmuffin. Meh.

    L- Leftover Chili I made last night with tons of veggies and ground turkey

    D- Green chile cheeseburger :/

    Not my best food day BUT I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 1.2 lbs this week :o)  

  • i did great last night at the Party, just had one glass of Vanilla Vodka and coke:) and didnt munch on chips.
  • I did pretty good yesterday! Healthy eating and I worked out. 

    I have to say, DH being unemployed has really helped me to not stop at the drive-thru!

    Mostly, I am proud that I haven't opened the Halloween candy yet.  


  • I went to the Masters swim team Sat AM and I'm so sore today its absurd.  But I loved it so much, I will go back on Tuesday and I can't wait.

    Eating wise I'm doing pretty good, but its the weekend and I'm usually a little relaxed with eating on the weekend...
