What are some healthy foods you can't live without and keep in the house at all times?

I'm looking for some new inspiration before I do my shopping today :)

    Eggs, nonfat yogurt, almond milk

    Bananas, spinach, pears, lemons, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, apples, garlic, onions 

    Raisins, almonds, walnuts, pecans, dried cranberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds

    canned tomatoes, canned pumpkin

    Whole wheat flour, evaporated cane juice, spelt flour, carob powder
