Happy Friday ladies! I hope everyone's week was wonderful and successful! I noticed not too many people checked in last week...perhaps it was because I got on later than usual. Let's make sure we keep each other motivated and on track! Even if we have to whip your bum before Friday
How did everyone do this week? I did ok...Although I said I was staying off the scale, I got on it anyway...and, again, no change. But I'm still seeing a difference in the way I look and even DH said something last night. Only working out 4 days this week, I have family up from Florida. Next week will resume to 5 days.
So, this week's discussion.... What motivates you? I had NO motivation this week and feel my work outs suffered due to this. However, my SIL and I decided to start getting healthy together and that helps. Also, although its probably annoying to my friends, I check in on FB everytime I go to the gym. I feel it keeps me honest, although this week that wasn't working. If it keeps me going and feeling bad when I don't check in daily, then people can just hide me.
