Re: Weight watchers in dutch week 3.

  • You are AWESOME!!!!!  Congratulations!

PS - Is WW here super expensive?  I'm thinking about joining, but I have no idea what to do/how to join, etc.

  • Here are the meeting locations in Eindhoven:

It's about 10E a week.  I don't stick around for the meetings because they are way over my head but I really like the program and I like the accountabilty of having to go stand on the scale every week.  It helps.

And you saw what I ate in Maastricht - a lot of wine and a lot of french fries.  Still lost weight because the program is all about balance.

It is 100% for a fact NOT in English though.  I'm slowly struggling through with the help of a very very nice co-worker who reads all the books to me.  I also did it in the states so I had a littel bit of knowledge on how to do it.

  • Go you! Am starting WW again as soon as we're back from Venice.
  • Congrats on the 1/2 kilo!! Yes
  • Awesome work! I love WW.

How are you finding the international version? Have they fully adapted it to the local foods/diet? I'm really interested in starting here in Spain, but it's quite a chunk of change (one I don't really have to throw away) to get the books.
