30 Days of Working Out Challenge- Day 7

It's been a week!!! It seems to have been a rough week for some, but a great week for others! It's so awesome to see that we, as a group, are inspiring each other. I love it! It'll be fun to see how it has effected us all in the end.

  • I've had a pretty good week. I worked out twice and did really good with my eating. I did splurge and had an iced Carmel Marvel with my sister last night...but I did get the light version. haha

    I am going to run/walk at some point today, probably around 8 or 9 pm so I'll check back in later.

  • I have to make a confession. I'm kicking myself now. GRRR!!! We had a bee infestation in our basement when we woke up this morning. So, while the exterminator was here we went out to get lunch. It was 11:30 before I had anything to eat today. Anyway, we went to Taco Bell and I was NOT good at all. I had 2 beef baja gorditas and half of a medium cherry pepsi. Super Angry Why do I do this to myself?!?! It didn't even taste that great. I just looked up how many calories it was for the 2 gorditas and the pop... ready for this...? 840 calories! Again, kicking myself in the @ss!
  • Ouch!!! The next time you go, you should try the fresco style tacos. They're actually pretty tasty and I can't remember the calories but not bad at all.

    I know what you mean about it not even tasting that good. We went to Arbys about a month ago and I got chicken fingers and some fries. About halfway through, I realized I wasn't even enjoying it so I stopped eating it.

    Don't beat yourself up over it though, just move on! Smile

  • This week I have walked twice so far, went on a mini-walk yesterday while we were waiting for my car at the shop, and H and I plan on doing some sort of physical activity later on tonight. I ate alright but I could definitely improve. I ordered chinese with everyone at work one day and I still feel guilty but I didn't order the sweet and sour chicken which is my fave because it is breaded and fried so I get some credit for that I suppose. Big Smile

  • Well, I didn't end up doing great with the food choices today. We ended up having pizza and breadsticks for dinner, but in my defense I did stop after eating two pieces of pizza so I could have done worse.

    I went for my walk/run tonight and I'm currently sweating like it's no one's business. lol

    I hope I have a good weigh-in tomorrow morning!!!

  • The family and I walked around a festival for over an hour today in the insane heat. I'm counting that as my workout. Stick out tongue
