I defrosted a pork tenderloin for DH and am sick of making our normal recipes with it. I'd prefer to be able to grill it tonight, but if we need to turn on the oven no big deal.
Re: What's for Dinner?
I have never cooked a pork tenderloin, so I'm no help.
We're having goulash tonight.
I've never done a tenderloin.
Could you smoke it on the grill?
Either that or slice it, and grill the slices, then put some type of a sauce on it?
I'm doing burgers and grilled corn -- i've never grilled corn before.

Here's a pork loin recipe that is done in a skillet

is really tasty.
I'm making a recipe from a 1960s book for a book review, beef stroganoff. Should be interesting.

My favorite pork tenderloin recipe is I marinate it in lots of minced garlic, chopped pancetta, oregano, olive oil and lots of salt and pepper.
Tonight I am making grilled chicken breast (for the H) and a creamy lemon pasta (for both).
