Looking for something in the salty/ crunchy category and in the sweet category. TIA

  • popcorn, plain, but seasoned up (cinnamon, chili powder, etc).

     

  • Plain popcorn (nuke in a brown paper bag in the microwave for 2 min.) with cinnamon/sugar (or sugar sub.) and/or popcorn salt.

    Emerald's cocoa roast almonds

    dried fruit/nuts  

  • fruit

    yogurt

    apple w/ natural PB or almond butter

    pretzels (not super great but much better then a lot of other stuff out there)

    veggies w/ hummus

  • A couple of wasa crackers with some mashed avocado on top keeps me full for awhile..i put a little dash of salt on top to help with that craving. salty/crunchy

    ff greek yogurt, plain, with berries and honey helps with the sweet and also is very filling.

  • Baby carrots!  with PB, if needed.  I also like popping the cherry tomatoes (that didn't sound right, sorry) with hummus.

    Celery with pb or hummus or (someone recommended) hot sauce!

    Fruit-any kind!

    Greek yogurt with cinnamon and vanilla tossed in.

    Mozz cheese stick

     

  • Clif Mojo Salty & Sweet Honey Nut or Peanut Butter Nut bars... nom nom nom...
  • pita chips for a salty snack

    Greek yogurt, bananas, other seasonal fruit like cherries, dates, a few slices of turkey and some cheese (laughing cow is good for this) with crackers, Kashi TLC bars, banana soft serve...

    For salt - I am pretty liberal with my sea salt shaker and will add it to regular veggies to get my fix.  Look into Kale chips, too!

  • For salty/crunchy I love pita chips with tatziki.

    Sweet: dried fruit with plain yogurt and honey
