Background: I was a competitive swimmer all the way through HS (12 years ago, yikes!) And I've swam some laps here and there throughout the years since then. Well, I've decided to do a sprint triathlon in 18 weeks and today was my first day of training and first day in the pool. Man, it was tough!! I'm literally twice as slow as I ever was and my form isn't what it used to be
however I did manage to squeak out a total of 1000 yds which I thought was ok. Any tips/advice for me? Where can I find some good workouts to do? I just kind of made it up as I went a long today, which wasn't the greatest.
