My firend mentioned she heard good things about this. I did some research and reviews online are awesome. Anyone do this? Recommend it?
With a 3 year old and a 5mo old getting to the gym is tough so the 20 min a day really appeals to me.
I know it talks about weight loss in 30 days but I am at my target weight (thanks to nursing my baby) and all I want to do is tone. Is it still good for me?
