Today was week1 workout 3 of C25K. I didn't feel like running, I just got in an argument with DH, my regular workout clothes were all dirty... and my run was horrible! I had such a hard time, and it was worse than the first 2 runs. I know that not every run will be great and all... but it won't always be like this, right?
I think I just need to snap out of it, and go at week 2 workout 1 on Thursday. With a fresh mindset.
Today's run was just frustrating.
