Happy Wife?

Having a work meeting that makes all the guests of game night almost three hours late

+

having twice the number of guests we were expecting

=

a not so happy wife who spent the day cooking.

Re: Happy Wife?

  • Ummm...HAPPY ANNIVERSARY?!

  • Um, hello. They should be catering to you. You're the one with the bowling ball attached to your front. Ingrates.
  • I think you need to punch H in the head after they all leave and you're done smiling politely.

  • That sucks & this was on your anniversary? What did you end up cooking?

  • I ended up making meatballs.

I wasn't upset with The Husband - just bothered that the meeting went so fricking long and that people totally didn't RSVP like they normally do. It ended up being a good night though.

And The Husband had taken Saturday off so we could celebrate the whole day! Because I didn't want to cancel game night.. silly me.
