how convenient for H

DS has been up most of the night. I'm not sure what's wrong with him and cannot get him to sleep. I keep thinking of H sleeping peacefully elsewhere, and I want to scream from a flucking rooftop.

Re: how convenient for H

  • Poor DS!  I hope he feels better soon.

Your STBXH is missing the bad nights because he left, but he's also missing a lot of good times with your DS, too -- the smiles, the bonding, the milestones...

  • It may be teething.  Specifically, he may be getting his top teeth in.   Try some baby orajel.   There have been nights where DS is crying and crying, and we've put that on his gums, and he falls asleep on the spot.   It's amazing.
  • I'm sorry... I know the tone of your post is serious but the title of your post makes me think of that scene in Dodgeball with Ben Stiller and the Cobras in the bar "How convenient for you. And the clock."

ETA: skip to about 2:50 in if you have no idea what I'm talking about
