What's for Dinner?
It's Lent (so no meat) and I'm stuck in my house (car still buried in the snow until H gets home). I just dug through the cupboards and found some boxed Mac n' Cheese that DH got. I can't even tell you the last time I had it. I cooked it up, it wasn't bad (wasn't great either). But, at least it was dinner and I have fresh brownies to look forward to for dessert.

I LOVE Bob Evans and it doesn't exist here. The first time I went to visit DH's family in Cleveland they said something about "Bob Evans" and I asked what it was and they just about freaked out. They took me that very day.
We're going to Cleveland in two weeks and I already told DH that I WILL have Bob Evans while we're there
