How do you dress on an average day out of the house?

Re: POLL: Describe your style

  • I'm a nice jeans and a nice fitted shirt or two layered kinda girl, cute shoes and minimal accessories - keepin' it simple.

  • If it's a day off, jeans, hoodie/t-shirt and sneakers.

For work: dress pants, sweater, either brown boots or black boots.

  • Jeans, cute top. Try to do cute shoes depending on the weather. Necklace, earrings, sometimes some bracelets.

For work jeans, cute top, less jewelry. Shoes vary (lately sneakers due to snow/rain). My purse for work is not as cute as my going out purse.

  • I prefer cute dresses and skirts, cute sandals and a cute bag that matches my outfit

For work I just dress up the outfit with a cute blazer and more professional heels.

  • Usually jeans with a boot cut, fitted plain v neck tee in a variety of colors either long or short sleeved, possibly a fitted hoodie, and flip flops or black pointed boots. This was prepregnancy, now I am looking for a cute  and comfy pair of ballet flats.

  • I would say that my style is very simple/classic.  I love jeans and I'll usually pair them with cute (but casual) shoes and a cute top that is usually simple (not crazy patterns for me!).  For jewelry I keep it very minimal.  I always wear my wedding ring, but I *might* add a necklace.  I hardly ever wear earrings, I feel REALLY dressed up if I have earrings on.

When I'm at work my clothes are pretty much the same except for jeans I will have on dress pants.

This, but replace jeans with dress pants

    Happiest place on Earth!

  • My style is very simple and casual. If I could, I would wear jeans, a hoodie (or t-shirt), with tennis shoes everywhere.

Unfortunately, I can't.  So I wear jeans and simple shirts (solid colors usually).

And in the summer...jeans, a tank top, and flip flops.

I don't accessorize well so I just skip that for the most part.  And I hope to someday have lots of money to expand my shoe collection.

  • Pre-pregancy...very classic.  Jeans, ballet flats and a solid v-neck sweater layered with white tank.

Now?  Whatever clothes I can find in my size.  Blah.
  • Comfy and simple. Cute fitted jeans, a fitted tee and in the summer, flip flops.

  • Average weekend day: Usually boot cut jeans, a v neck solid color shirt, Uggs/Crocs/Pumas and my everyday jewelry (wedding/engagement ring(when they fit!), small hoops, and a necklace)

Going out: Boot cut jeans, cute top, heels and fun accessories

Work: Dress pants, cute top or sweater set, heels/flats and everyday jewelry

  • I am usually casual and simple.  Jeans, a fitted tee or sweater with a tank underneath and this time of year my UGGs.  I love ballet flats and wear them when there isn't too much snow outside.  If it's warm out I always have on flip flops.

  • Ditto Tickey and Jaay.

I alternate khakis and dress pants at work. Jeans on the weekends.

I always wear flats to school. My knees kill me if I wear heels. I'm usally in Sketchers (black or brown ones with the velcro zig zag straps). Trendy. I guess?

I don't do girly girl. I can, but I prefer to be comfortable.

  • Work: During the winter I wear dress pants and sweaters. In the Fall/ Spring I wear capris or skirts with dressy but simple shirts.

Weekend: During the winter I wear PJs when I am at home almost always lol. When going out I wear jeans and sweaters. During the Summer I wear casual dresses most of the time.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
  • I'm classic stay-at-home-mom style... boot cut jeans, cami tank under a button down or v-neck sweater... one of my many pairs of Uggs since they're basically all I wear for 9 months out of the year.  Simple, classic jewelry (journey pendant, diamond studs, wedding band.)  Natural makeup.  Pea coat or North Face parka coat.  Long strap across the body Coach bag that matches whatever I have on (truly mom-ish with the over the body style, lol.)  Scarves are my only true variety.

When I'm going out for dinner or drinks, I wear jeans, stilettos, a more "jazzy" sweater or top, and bigger, funkier jewelry instead of gemstones.  I carry a bigger handbag and wear more makeup.
