Pedi said that she's healthy so praise God for that, she weighs 10lbs 4 oz (that's up 2 lbs from birth) so we know she is feeding well.
He said to give her some tylenol before bed tonight just to see what happens.
The only other thing that he thinks it might be is silent reflux. She does spit up fairly often but doesn't seem upset.
So he said if she is still super fussy/not sleeping then we can do a trial run of Zantac.
Thanks for the T&P
Re: Lucy's Dr.'s appt update
I'm glad to hear she's healthy and feeding well!!
SIL's baby had reflux and was put on Zantac. They also had him sleep in his bouncy chair so he was sitting up more. He had horrible reflux. Hopefully its not that. Poor girl.
My neice had reflux and they found it best to put a wedge under her or have her sleep in her bouncy chair. Glad to hear that Lucy is healthy and doing well otherwise!

Emma has bad reflux and she would spit what seemed like her whole bottle up. Thats why she constantly wears a big. She would never be fussy either but just couldn't keep anything down. At 5 weeks they started her on Zantac and cereal in the bottle. She just now in the last month has gotten better about her spit up. Its pretty non existent now. I dont have to keep a bib on her all the time and if she does spit up its just a little.
Oh and I don't think Zantac ever did crud for her.I should have switched her to Prilosec a loooooooooooooong time ago.
Does she arch her back when she cries?
sometimes but not all the time. I think I might ask about probiotics before we try real medication and try some different natural things.
Have you tried any things like positioning or anything? did it help?

Nothing I tried seemed to help her. I hope sweet Lucy doesn't have it. I am finishing out this mth of Prilosec for Emma and then we are gonna go off and see if she is over it. Pedi said that they tend to get over it around 8 mths.
