I am training for my 2nd Avon Walk and my feet are killing me. I'm up to 10 miles on my longest day of the week, and doing 8 today was painful. I was born pigeon-toed (for lack of the correct medical term) so my feet pronate quite a bit. I've been fitted for shoes, but now I'm wondering if I should see a doctor. Do orthotics help this? I'm definitely calling the doctor tomorrow to see what I should do.....and talking to my chiropractor since he's adjusted my feet in the past. Any advice??
I can't believe how badly my feet hurt right now.
