Tomorrow I'm supposed to start W5 of C25K training and instead I am going to the Dr to figure out what's going on with my knee(s). I had to cheat on my second run of W4 and completely skipped my third run. I'm hoping to get some good news tomorrow, I don't want to sit out for much longer.
I'm planning on running the LA Marathon 5k run on March 20th. If I am allowed to continue running as of tomorrow and I do W4 over again, that will give me a one week break before the race. I'm hoping to not be sidelined for another week or two, that would put me pretty far back in my training.
I need some healing vibes sent my way please.
