Re: huh ?

  • Its a smoothie type thing some of the girls make.  Im sure somebody will post the ingredients for you.

TTC Buddies with ShanRich0810 - TTC since Jan. 2011
  • Smoothie made with milk, spinach, banana, peanut butter, ice.

There are a bunch of variations you can make depending on your tastes.

Its a raw spinach smoothie drink and people usually add banana and other fruits to it.  Its healthy and low in calories. (depends on what you add)

  • It's a smoothie with spinach in it.  It sounds gross, but raw spinach actually has no flavor.  So you up your veggie intake and get a delicious (and odd looking) smoothie.

In mine I put banana, peanut butter, protein powder, skim milk, greek yogurt (sometimes), and spinach.

  • it all makes sense now ! lol Thanks ladies

  • The pps posted the gist of the green smoothies. In mine I put in as much spinach as I can, a banana, orange juice and some frozen strawberries. Also, in my experience, fresh spinach tastes better than frozen. I sometimes put in some wheatgrass or Amazing Meal if I have some around. I personally don't like protein powder in mine (I don't like the taste of it in smoothies) so I sometimes put in some greek yogurt. If I don't I just make sure to get my protein elsewhere.
