Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Aruba - All Inclusive

Anyone been there? Looking for feedback.

Re: Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Aruba - All Inclusive

  • I stayed there in 2005 (we got there a day after Natalee Holloway went missing, actually)   It was a lovely resort in a great location.  I liked the beach bar (Moomba's) next door.  Lots of Dutch eye candy there.  No complaints at all.  :o)
  • Never been there, but you can finds lots of reviews and actual pictures here.
  • We stayed at the Renaissance hotel - which I absolutely LOVED. Never stayed at Holiday Inn SunSpree, but I dont think that you can go wrong anywhere in Aruba... just so darn wonderful!

Aruba is an amazing, beautiful place :)

  • We've stayed there each of our 3 visits to Aruba.  While we'd love to stay at the Radisson, Marriott, Hyatt because of their lush pool areas...for the price, we can't justify staying anywhere but the Holiday Inn - plus we sit at the beach more than the pool anyhow.

It's clean, the same beach as every other hotel on the strip and the other hotels are so close, you can easily walk to them to enjoy their restaurants, bars etc.  In Aruba, the hotel to me is just for sleeping, showering and getting changed and the HI is just fine for that so why pay more if you don't have to?
