HE front load washer/dryer question???

If you have a you have yours stacked?  I know I have seen this...for the full size front loaders and am interested.  I have a small laundry room and if I got the full size front loaders, stacked them....I would have room for a laundry sink which I am in serious need of with the little one(s).  TIA

Re: HE front load washer/dryer question???

  • I don't, but my MIL has hers stacked, and it's been fine. She has an LG set.
  • We do not have them stacked, but we seriously considered it.  We have a lot more vertical space so it would help us out because our current laundry room is pretty small.  I'd do it in a heartbeat if it meant I'd get a utility sink.
  • I'm interested in responses for this too!  I'd love to see pictures of stacked too if anyone has them!
  • No because it was too low.  We have the pedestals and it makes a huge difference in height/accessibility.  Go with what works for you.  Good luck!

  • yes, we have ours stacked- that was our only option in our laundry closet (it definitely wouldn't qualify as a room, there's only a few inches on either side of the machines)  we have Frigidaire Affinity 8000 series.. i love them!

  • Mine are stacked, I have a pair of Frigidaire Affinity pic in bio- hth
  • We stacked our GE W/D and it's great.  It gave us room to add a laundry sink.  And it keeps DD from opening the dryer (washer locks when it's in use).
