My resolutions

I know I posted about them, but I never answered.

So here they are:

1. to be the best mom

2. to cook at least 5 days a week

3. to work out at least 4 days a week

4. to not eat fast food. EVER again..or at least see how long I can go without eating it. Subway and pizza do NOT count.

  • My resolution is to lose weight, I haven't worked out the details yet.
  • and I should add that to lose weight has been my resolution for the last 3 years
  • yea. I HAVE to lose weight. I'm in a wedding in May. And quite franky I was in denial for the longest time and now when I look at pictures of myself I am beyond distgusted.

    Anywho, I also resolve to lose weight, and I actually started back on my low carb lifestyle at the beginning of December. I did pretty fricken awesome with it too. I figured if I could stay on my plan through the worst time of year for overeating, well then I can do it anytime.

    Shannon, i was thinking about going back on the GD diet. I even got out the diet plan.

  • I tried going back on the GD diet, I only made it a few days.
  • You know if you dont mind doing it, and it helped you lose weight, then you should go for it. I know that I have success with Low Carb...and I haven't had any other issues that sometimes are seen with it (High Cholesterol, etc.)  My doctor does periodic bloodwork on me to check those things when I am low carb.  Which reminds me that I have to have some blood work soon...damn and its fasting.

    The only thing I have really thought about so far is organizing my house. All the closets, the kitchen, the upstairs bedroom.
