  • Of course. I always workout, nothing stops me.  I will be up tomorrow morning to wokout, not as early as usual but a good morning workout.
  • I worked out today, and am working out tomorrow.   Can't think of a better way to start the year. 
  • I had hoped to go this morning but we got snow and DH called me from his way to work to warn me against going out on the roads because they were icy and treacherous.  I'm anxious to go tomorrow morning now that the roads have cleared, but I'm dreading the New Year crowd.
  • I'll be running first thing tomorrow morning!  Can't think of a better way to start my "year of the marathon!"

  • My gym is closed!  What kindof a gym closes on New Year's Day?  But it is sure to be wall to wall for the next couple of weeks...hopefully the hoopla will die down soon so the resolutioners wont be taking up all the spots in class and ellipticals:)
  • Yep- I'll be there.  Not really bright and early, but early enough to get 2 miles in on a treadmill (hopefully!)

  • Just got back from my run.  I got up earl(ier) to avoid the people and was the only one there!  I'm scared to see what this weekend holds.  I'm not a morning runner, but may have to be to avoid everyone on weekends.

  • I held true to my word. I had too much champagne last night but I still got out and did a 2k this morning.

  • I'm getting ready to go for my first run of the new year, a 5 miler.  I'm officially in training now, got a half marathon in the middle of March, so I need to get my arse in gear.
  • :::both hands raised:::

    I did an hour of circuit training and a nice run outside, felt great!

    Have a good workout ladies.

  • I did a challenging Yoga Sculpt program on Exercise TV. 
  • I danced for 2.5 hours to ring in the new year. I'll also do some sore of light workout today.
  • hand is up! i did weights (level 3 of NROLW) and walked on the treadmill for a while. tomorrow is my long run so i didn't want to push it too hard.
