I went shopping at lunch for the weekend and this is what I ended up with.
I got all the stuff to make a veggie tray (cucumber, carrots, broccoli, coliflour) and ranch dip (which I won't eat) and FI agreed with the idea of I felt bad for not bringing anything.
I also bought apples, rasberries, grapes, almond bars and turkey for sandwiches so I can eat healthy all day long.
For drinks I bought the stuff to make bloody maries (about 50 cal per drink).
So maybe since I am prepared now I can get through the weekend with a low impact.
