I need to lose some weight and live close to a great walking/jogging path. I'd like to start going jogging early in the morning, I already know it will be a long slow process before I have any endurance with it.
But here's my question. I'm very "top heavy." So it can be uncomfortable when I run. So I don't. Does anyone have advice getting started? Tips on bras, tips on "learning how to run", etc. I'd really like to be successful at this but just am not at all athletic!
