This is my last week of p90x

Of course my last week would fall on Thanksgiving (my p90x weeks are Thursday-Wednesday). So I have not done any of the workouts yet this week and obviously I've been eating terribly. And I've been slacking on the workouts for at least the last month (like I've done maybe 3 workouts per week). I really want to do my photos and measurements but I just have this feeling that due to Thanksgiving week and everything that I won't see any results. So I guess my question is what would you do? Would you just do your measurements and deal with whatever the results are? Would you repeat the last 3 or 4 weeks and then do measurements? Or just not do measurements at all?

  • apparently it is p90x day on the board! 

    For me, if I miss more than one workout in that week, I would repeat that week (I am only on week 6 so I haven't missed any yet, but that is my plan).  I don't think I would consider myself to have completed the program if I hadn't been doing the workouts.  So, if it was me, I would repeat the last 4 weeks and then take the photos and measurements.

  • Wait, you missed just last week but want to repeat 3-4 weeks? I would just do this week as your last week and take your measurements. I can't imagine anyone could eat enough over Thanksgiving to totally wipe away any results you would have otherwise had, and that's coming from a true Thanksgiving fatty at heart :)

    Ditto.  I would say just repeat the week(s) that you weren't really dedicated to.
