Cleaning Dress

Did anyone clean their own dress after the wedding?  If so how did you do it?  I am not worried about perserving my dress I just want it clean.  Any advice would be great.

Re: Cleaning Dress

  • After we do our TTD session next month I'm going to have mine cleaned and preserved through David's Bridal.  If you bought your dress there - it's the cheapest around.

Otherwise, I'd price out some local cleaners that will do wedding dresses.

Or, if you'd like to consider having it preserved, try this site.  I've heard great things about them.

  • my friend just got hers back from wedclean. she was really happy. i'm going to go through them whenever i have a spare $200 lying around!
