    D: Wed. is "on your own night" at our house. Maybe a salad w/BBQ chicken. 

    E: Either 60 minute easy bike ride or meet a friend to do some cycling skill drills for the upcoming cyclocross race. 15 min. core/upper body Swiss ball and weights.
