?I'm looking for some good (reputable) websites and/or books on proper diet for weight loss, but where the primary focus is still on exercise.?
?I've gotten into pretty good shape via exercise alone, but I know my diet isn't great and I want some good, research-based advice for changing it--I've got a good 10lbs of fat that need to go ?
?I am NOT into fad diets, high protein, lo-carb, etc so sometimes I feel like walking into Borders and looking at the diet section is a landmine.?
