What's up with Time Warner?

I noticed my connection was slow at home and my cable box wasn't showing the ?time this morning. But I didn't have time to care about it. Just saw your post..

  • I had typed up a nice big response on my cell phone and then The Nest errored out.

    I just finally got through to Time Warner and apparently portions of their SoCal region lost service (whether it was phone, internet, or cable) and for some reason they're not being able to put on a full system-wide fix. The Tech said its been a nightmare... but I finally just got mine fixed (it went down during the earthquake).

  • I'm home now. I HAVE NO CABLE.

     

    But I have internet. Weird.

    Calling them now.
